OXotillo Wells

Sunday, March 2nd, 2008

A couple solid shots of Jeff Kargola out in Ocotillo Wells and even an Osiris ad. The Ox has been pumped and super motivated on Ocotillo trips lately. You can see why. Homeboy has an eye for new lines out there, and the shit he finds is usually so tech no one else even wants to look at it!

Jeff “OX” Kargola Osiris Shoes Ad
This jump is gnar. 1st pinned up a vert cliff lip to a double overhead flatty. Osiris thought it was ad-worthy and I do to! See it in the latest TWMX.

Text Updates from me

Saturday, March 1st, 2008

I just installed a plugin that puts my Twitter posts in the sidebar. Yep, sweet. I didn’t have much use for Twitter before. Now I can text in whatever, whenever! But I’ll probably forget about it in a couple days, so whatever.

Ocotillo Wells

Sunday, December 23rd, 2007

Went out to Ocotillo Wells again on Wednesday and Thursday for a Mulisha photo shoot. I almost feel bad calling that “work” since mostly we just blew shit up and rode a lot. I did get some killer riding shots of Ox and Twitch that I’ll post later…that counts, right?

Thanks to Fluffer for getting behind the lens and taking some photos of the photo dork!

Went down to Mex last week for the Baja 1000…Ensenada to Cabo via truck, Cabo to home via plane! Tons of photos on Flickr. It’s raining for the first time in what seems like years! So, this weekend is dedicated to enjoying wet dirt in Beaumont and Ocotillo Wells. I’ll post photos if I take any. Other than that mostly just working.

Crash Fest at the Dew Tour!

Wednesday, June 27th, 2007

A lot of people said the course was pretty basic at the Dew Tour in Baltimore last weekend. But with the heat, wind, weird dirt and guys GOING FOR IT all weekend, there were quite a few crashes. I heard someone counted 21 crashes throughout the week in all the practices, qualifiers and finals!

Watching guys crash sucks–I hate seeing it! Luckily no one got seriously injured in moto this time… BMX was another story. Anyways, I caught photos of some solid crashed while in Baltimore and thought I’d .GIF them up and share ‘em with y’all. Enjoy the carnage.

Mason went on to qualify 1st only an hour or so after pulling the rip cord on this jump!
Mat Schubring Crash
Schuie has some bad-ass ruler flips…this one didn’t go so well.

Bilko Crash
Bilko wadded up bad on this super flip attempt in his final run and ended up breaking some
bones in his leg and foot. Bummer. Hope he gets better real soon.

Anaheim 3 Photos

Jame Stewart
I really want to take out that ugly tower…
Chad Reed

Anaheim 3 was my first time ever shooting on the track at a Supercross. It was pretty damn cool to be down there next to the action! Plus, the photo possibilities open up quite a bit when you’re not drunk and getting kicked out of the stands by security for shooting photos in front of families and an even drunker, angry dad (true story). Sunday was spent recovering from limping around in the dirt all day Saturday with my injured hip, back and groin…thank god I saved some of those prescription pills! Super Bowl Sunday party? Not for me. Sunday Valium party? Just what the doctor ordered.

Anyways, the racing was great. Chad Reed was looking good and I thought he might have had a chance, but Stewart got him back and it just wasn’t to be for Reedy at A3. But I’m sure if you’re reading this then you probably follow Supercross and know what’s up, so I’ll spare you from my recap. Just enjoy the photos…

Note: Sometimes my photo gallery gets really slow (and annoying!), so I suggest clicking the “View as a slide show” link at the top of each gallery page (practice gallery & race gallery). It’ll pop up a flash slide show thingy which is really quick and way faster than clicking “next” through all the photos.

Also, another possibility is to go directly to my Flickr page where all the photos are hosted at…

I think now would be a good time for some wallpapers. Gimme a couple days to catch up and I’m on it.
